Alloy 1050 is a product in the pure aluminum coil series, and the chemical composition and mechanical properties of 1060 series products are close. Because the coil made of alloy 1050 does not contain other elements, the production process is relatively single, the price is relatively cheap, and it is currently a series commonly used in industrial electricity. It has the characteristics of high plasticity, corrosion resistance, good electrical and thermal conductivity, but low strength, not strengthened by heat treatment, poor machinability, and can accept contact welding and gas welding.
